Can someone explain Dolphin VR installation instructions to a layman?

So I download visual studio 2015 update 2, and use the solution file. I'm not exactly sure how you "use a solution file" or what that even means. Then i download Nullsoft Scriptable Install System and install a script. Exactly what script would i be installing, and how? I'm getting great results using revive but these 2 actions, as written, are a little past my pc abilities. Is there a tutorial anywhere online?

None of that is needed to install it. That's just for people who want to help develop it, make changes to the code, or get the up-to-the-minute latest features..
