Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea - When slecting mana types, if you exit the type selection without choosing, the game cannot progress

I accidentally tapped Gwenna, clicked reset to try to undo, then hit the ESC key and the mana selection screen went away. At this point I had not selected any mana types and I could not bring the mana selection screen back up. Clicking end turn did nothing and conceding the game (which only gave me a "are you sure" prompt once) did not end the game.

I would expect a way to at least get back to the mana select UI and for conceding to exit the game no matter what.

Additional context I am unsure if this affects other mana abilities where you have to select the type of multiple mana.
