Activated abilities on stack share same host / timestamp
i found a corner case we need to think about later:
Prevent (non combat) damage from Something Prevent all damage that would be dealt to and dealt by CARDNAME
while affected by such Effect, if something activates an activated ability, then before the ability resolves leaves the zone then when it returned, it activates the ability again
the first ability should be prevented (because it was affected?), the second ability should not
for this we probably need to compare using (game) timestamp
