Adventure Mode: Time / Day-Night Cycle

It does not feel like there is a clear time progression in the game. You just wonder around on a never changing landscape.

Add time to the game, and if it's already there, make it visible. So show a 'days elapsed' since the game started. But also add day/night cycles. Maybe have nights only show a small radius around the player, unless you have a torch, then you'll see a lot further.

Also, add a flag to enemies to only spawn when it's day/night/both. This way certain enemies like vampires will only spawn at night. Or certain enemies would be stronger during the day, weaker at night or vise versa.

The time system will also come in very handy for quests.
