508.5a: support choosing between defending players

Based on if an opponent with snow lands is defending player it should be possible to activate Arcum's Sleigh even at Beginning of Combat (currently it doesn't work at all).

If there are multiple defending players that could be chosen, the controller of the spell or ability chooses one.
