[Feature Request] Remenber Release List (fishing)

Normally, the Release List clears itself whenever you leave your fishing spot. With this request, the Release List can be saved to automatically release fishes you marked as so, without having to reprogram it every time.

This can be a per-fishing spot setting, or a per-fish setting.
