[Feature Request] White Font on Blue Background NPC Dialog Boxes

Are you able to add an option to change the font, color of the font, and the window background color of all dialog boxes when interacting with npc's

I'm particularly looking for a white font on blue background. The in-game UI change doesn't do this, and the color blue they chose is too bold of a blue. Looking for a darker blue that's not so harsh on the eyes.

Hi! I want to check for an update on this. Reading the dialogue from all NPC's is such a chore since it manages to hit the very few triggers i have with my dyslexia. Having the classic FF7 dialogue boxes (white on blue) fixes everything and I can read and comprehend everything so much more easily.
