onedrive links
when i use onedrive links somehow it shows as this https://i.imgur.com/VjBcLoA.png i've used the links converted from the pac3 website... here's the link https://api.onedrive.com/v1.0/shares/u!aHR0cHM6Ly8xZHJ2Lm1zL3UvcyFBdlRKQXZWYUVGdnlnVVhRMmRqenpnRGhSZmdV/root/content
im sure it used to work...

I tried old versions of pac and didn't find any where the link worked. If it used to work but not anymore, then I guess onedrive broke it somehow.
The link seems to work in other gmod mods, so maybe we can fix it actually.
It works with material parts but not the material property on models. In general they are just two separate things and handle stuff differently if I remember correctly. For example discord links are the opposite, they work with the material property but not the material parts.
Just need to check that pac.Handleurltex in model.lua are working correctly
