[Dev] Gesture custom animations stopping other gesture custom animations even if not set to do so

(Sorry for the huge influx of issues; I was asked by Caps to do this for easier tracking!)

Sometimes gesture custom animations will interrupt and stop other gesture custom animations, even if the interrupting animation is not set to stop other animations. This one is a bit tricky to replicate reliably, I admit, as it doesn't always happen. Might be able to put this one on the backburner due to how oddly specific and "wtf how do I get it to happen" it is.
