Moving window sonar tile export

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add the ability to export overlapping sonogram tiles based on moving window.

Describe the solution you'd like Specify a stride by number of pings.

Describe alternatives you've considered NA

Additional context It would be cool to create a video to simulate sonar recording playback.
