一般是 PTR 查询会检查 DNS 服务器的 hostname ，但是那个是内网设备发起的，路由器一般禁止了从 WAN 发起的 DNS 请求。所以第一条应该是不常见的。 至于第二条，即便是考虑 tcp timestamp 也应该不会出现这个问题，反而是系统时钟错误会导致别的问题 （
