Does not work well with Viber messenger

**Describe the bug | in the Viber app, the scroll wheel scrolls down and up very slowly. The scroll step in Viber messenger is catastrophically small

**To Reproduce | just install Viber messenger and scroll up or down through chat conversations. Very slow scrolling and very inconvenient

**Expected behavior | MOS needs to work in Viber messenger just like it works in WhatsApp or Telegram

**System Info | Apple M1 Pro

  • Mouse: Logitech MX Master 3S
  • OS: Sequoia 15.5
  • Application: Viber messenger
