iPhone镜像中翻转滚动无效

Describe the bug | 问题描述 软件开启翻转滚动。网页等测试正常翻转了，但是iPhone镜像中滚动方向还是原来的。另外，开启平滑滚动后，iPhone镜像中滚动的步长比较大。

To Reproduce | 如何重现 开启翻转滚动，打开iPhone镜像，上下滚动鼠标滚轮。

Expected behavior | 期望结果 页面和滚动方向一致。
