Give different configuration for difference mouse

我有两个输入设备（可以看做两个鼠标）。其中一个似乎有内置的滑动翻转程序，也就是说本身就不用翻转了，但另一个鼠标需要。我需要同时使用他们。但如果我打开 MOS，第一个鼠标滑动就会被错误地再次反转。I have two input devices(two mouses). It's seem that one of them have inner scroll reversing program which means it's scroll doesn't need to be reversed already, the another one need to. I need to use them at the same time. But If I turn on MOS, the scroll of the first one would be wrongly reversed.

我在想有没有可能为每个设备都给予不同的设置，这样我只需翻转第二个鼠标即可。I'm wondering if it's possible to give configuration for each of my devices, so that the only thing I need to do is to reverse scroll of the 2nd mouse.
