CakePHP 2.6.1 Class 'L10n' not found

I followed Installation and Quick Start documents after fresh installation of CakePHP 2.6.1 but after reloading the home page I got this fatal error message;

Error: Class 'L10n' not found File: .../app/Plugin/I18n/View/Helper/I18nHelper.php Line: 158
