Twitch API changes as of Feb 2023

As of 2023, Twitch updated their systems to not allow action commands through IRC anymore. Instead, all actions will only go through their API. For this repo to be functional again, it would require upgrading from Twitch.js to Twurple, another Twitch npm package.

This is something I might do sometime in the future, but as of now, it is not a priority.
