image I can't download the reference example, and with bug information "You don’t have permission to get object details. After you or your AWS administrator have updated your permissions to allow the s3:ListBucket action, refresh the page. "

Hi,

thank you for your interest in PACNet. Thank you for reporting this issue. I have updated the permissions on AWS, and these files should be accessible now. Please let me know if you have more questions or problems.

Hello, Thank you for your response. For some reason, the rda files in the PACNet are still not accessible to me due to permission issues. I've also tried to use the AWS version of Cell Net and I've had some issues launching the instance ( CellNet_v_0.1.1 image (ami-2ab59855)). I've tried to search for the ami, but I can't seem to find it. Has there been a change in the ami number? Thank you Best, Karinna

I have also been unable to find the AMI (in N. Virginia but checked all four US regions in case) and would appreciate any assistance, thanks!

ETA - I believe I'll need to train a new cell type for this analysis (requiring steps 13-21 of the procedure) so unsure if I'd be able to use the web app in this case.

Hi @larafeulner , @karinnav and @zyb1984

You can download the data from your terminal. First copy the s3 URL (click on Copy S3 URL on the top) and use the following comment to download it . aws s3 cp s3_url . (make sure you have the dot "." at the end).

If you get an error make sure you install aws cli and set its configuration
