Debugging Mode Causes Hang On Exit

If the user exits CQ-editor while the debugger is active the process never terminates. In the Linux terminal I have to hit Ctrl-Z and then execute kill %1 to get the process to exit.

Ubuntu 18.04, latest CQ-editor master, CadQuery 2.1

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click the Debug button or press Ctrl+F5
  2. Click the close button on the CQ-editor window
