C# Port

Hey, I am following your repo for a long time and I used this engine some of my projects. Great project man! And I couldn't hold my self to build a C# port of 'json-rules-engine' I tried to keep everything smillar. Same rule schema same namings... There is still things to do like, rule,fact prioritization. and complete code coverage. But yet, it is working for minimal requirements. Maybe I would find contributors interested in C# port I mentioned your repo in the README, hope it is not a problem.
