Does cvcuda have the risk of memory leakage?

I found that the video memory will increase every once in a while during operation. I want to confirm whether there is a risk of video memory leakage in cvcuda and how to avoid it.

@pengxin233, thank you for reporting your observations. It is likely that this is due to the behavior of our cache management. We just released a new version (v0.10) giving users more control over that cache. Would you mind reading through the accompanying docs and give that new version a try? Thank you again,
