Add Pseudo-Third-Party Controller Support

Includes a warning and gives the option to connect a detected third-party controller. Also includes a new command-line option -l (minus lowercase-L) that will prompt all connected hid devices' information.

How do i use the psuedo third party controller support? It's just a bunch of code. That doesn't help me. So please tell me how to use it?
