Is it possible for it to read heartbeat?

Would it be possible for this to read heartbeat like in ring fit adventure?

I'm not sure if the heartbeat is something that's done on the joycon or in software, but id assume if you can get a read out of your pulse and sync it to a video of you gripping the controller (like in ring fit) from the IR camera. You can tune it to recognize for a heart beat.
