Strange... works only on this page!

I tried many tabs -on many Chrome windows, and the app works ONLY when I am on the github tab. (Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)) I decided to click on the link to let you know it wasn't working for me, and when I did, the tab that opened for this page opened with the dimensions. Re-sizing brought up the new dimensions, but still -no other tabs work. (Restarted Chrome, re-booted windows 7.)
