start two cores, add one another, verify:
file list exchange
file xfer (direct)
file xfer (through forwarding node)
~~chat~~ (as of c2c1f9e16ccd9ae18aad0a0a303df505824bc97f)
search: text, hash. for files that exist, don't exist.
file list push
file hashes successfully, present in file list
permissions -- three person test, all friends. public viewable by all, private viewable by selected. permissions file saved on quit.
