Question on how to use RapClust with Salmon

Hello Rob,.

I have used Rapclust with the mapping results from sailfish. However, I want to use Salmon. I installed Salmon v0.9, and have the mapping results from Salmon Could you kindly give me some command lines on how to use the Rapclust with Salmon? I cannot get these information your tutorial.
