How could we use the new trained model in openpose?

I've trained with coco and MPII data sets with suggested parameters (sAddFoot = sAddMpii = 1, AddDome = sSuperModel = 0) for 1,000,000 iterations. How can I apply it to the openpose, rather than test or evaluate with the scripts? Thanks a lot ~
