Update CMakeLists.txt and model link

Building with current cmake list gives error. Resolved the hash. It resolves #1933 #1224

The Model needs to be downloaded from https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/changethetuneman/openpose-model?select=pose_iter_584000.caffemodel

Where you also to solve this to get Opepose working again ? I am having issues on colab and the models is one of the reason.
