macOS 10.14+ universal x86_64/arm64 build with Max SDK 8.2

Hello !

Just in case you would like to include it in main: changes to build recent version on a newer Mac

  • macOS version changed to 10.14+
  • universal build x86_64/arm64
  • MaxSDK 8.2

Known issues: object hoa.process~ is not loading correctly
