[Bug]: Server is crashing when is trying to load the plugin

What happened?

Hosting the server from my own pc, OS Windows 10. So server just crashes when it tries to load the plugin. That's it. No matter whether I use Meta and CSSharp from .rar file or newer ones. Cannot check if the plugin works on linux, I just don't have the OS. Also no matter what version of plugin I do use, all of them don't work. I guess the only version that should work is 1.0.0.3 since description says it has some changes for lefthand update, so idk.

Which metamod version are you using?

Meta version v1313 But also doesn't work with v1289 which is included in .rar file

Which css version are you using?

CSS version v266 But also doesn't work with CSSharp version that included in .rar file

What server os do you use?

Windows
