I cloned from the master branch and built from source and installed to the default /usr/local. Using yang-rs, it is looking for the library lyang.pc. I cannot find this anywhere. Is it no longer part of the latest version of libyang?

I do not know what lyang.pc is supposed to represent, libyang has always been using libyang.pc so I suggest you contact the author of those bindings.
