Feature request: Integrate workflow states

In our coordination, we have a "standard process" that we apply for (almost) every coordination. It would be nice, if we could have a customizable workflow. For example (a rough sketch):

Contact vendor => initial CVD discussion (skip if vendor had a case with us before/ has a VINCE account) => send report/make report available => give x days time for initial analysis => vendor provides patch timeline => timeline is coordinated => advisory drafted and discussed => advisory and patch published
