Case completion/acknowledgement

Where is the hide feature to view cases that from the vendors point of view, we need to continue to participate in? We are getting used to VINCE and think that it's very productive compared to emailing. I have run in to a problem where I want to consider certain issues "complete" from our standpoint and don't want to look at them any longer in the dashboard or in case list.

For example: Yesterday I ran through all the issues after getting back from holiday break, and I want make certain issues complete (we won't respond further or watch the discussion further).
