Team Transition Notification

When transitioning from one team to another team in VINCETrack, can we have an email generated to make sure all parties are aware of the transition?

Can you clarify with some example? I am not clear on what you are expecting. I don't recall any notifications triggers or hooks in VINCE. If you give us a good example and workflow expected, we can track it as a new enhancement request.

Both tickets and cases can be transferred across teams (and individual users). I believe some notification occurs now, but likely in-band (within VINCE).

If there is email notification, where should it go? Not sure if VINCE supports e.g., a primary team email alias/address. Can probably use existing VINCE email notification features, which are subject to individual user preferences.
