Feature: Delete Option & Thumbnails
Hello,
Add Delete Option to History & Results Page I think it would be great if you could add a delete feature in the history and results page for old converted items so they don't take up space on the drive.
Thumbnails in History & Results Anyway of adding thumbnails next to the item on the history and results page to make management a little easier.
History Filename Maybe also add the filename to the history page in front of the time.

+1 on both of these suggestions; especially the delete option. A default auto-delete for upload/output that is configurable with environment variables would be excellent (e.g. default 1d, 7d, 30d).
It also looks like if the files are manually deleted from the directory, the list item in history persists. Is there a recommended practice for offloading completed uploads currently?
There is a auto delete env variable it is set to 24 hours by default. Manually deletion isn't supported, but it will be removed from history after 24 hours
