[Feature Request] Show source/destination filenames in history

Hi all. First off thank you for creating this tool. It fits nicely into my homelab utilities pocket. Was wondering if you would consider please adding the source and destination filenames in the history page? If I have a bunch of conversions it's currently really hard to identify which entry is which if I want to go back to one and download it again. Thanks for the consideration.
