add support for ico files

I find myself needing to convert to these file types a lot and would love to see support for them

There is a website that can do that but imagemagick already can do it so it should'nt be that hard. I can try to find a solution but i don't know TS and Docker and also have no idea how this works. I will try to look at it. @C4illin this should be only a config thing. Am I right?

I think the ico implementation is a bit flawed (you can find it in converters -> ffmpeg.ts) it should also generate lower resolutions since ico supports multiple resolutions and this is still an issue #269
