Wallet Issiue

Hey folks,

After I sent Bytoms from exchange I can`t see any balance on my wallet . Exchange has sent the amount to my address, and the block has been verified. However my bytom wallet says I haven't received any funds yet, however it's 100% synced.

Any help would be appreciated
