  • fix dates at each location
    • [x] Cambridge/UK
    • [ ] Lausanne/CH
    • [ ] Berlin/DE
  • define audience personas
    • who would we like to attend? What are they like? What reasons do they have for not coming?
  • sort out mechanics of contributing (COC, etc)
  • define a draft agenda for the day

Medium term

  • create location logistics check list
  • start creating material for the agenda
  • find community owned Binders to highlight

Long term

  • follow up with participants
  • collect data on impact
  • reporting to Mozilla
