github.io site for bootstrap-switch is serving malware

Please review the content that is being served from https://bttstrp.github.io/bootstrap-switch and remove the malware or disable the mini-site.

By the way, this issue was reported in #679 and "supposedly" fixed from a merged PR #680, though the original issue is still open. I suggest closing this issue and continuing the discussion there.
