Update to 1.21

Forked from @NotRyken's mc1.20.6 branch, updated dependency versions and it compiles and loads in 1.21. The config shows in Mod Menu, I haven't tested it yet, though.

UPDATE: I just tested it by kicking myself out and it worked.

Ok, I just kicked myself out of my own server and the mod reconnected successfully. Seems to be working.

Just fyi I've switched to a multiloader project for 1.21+ in lieu of maintaining my fork since I haven't been able to get in touch with Bstn about this project.
