Support Intel Macs

Right now only Apple Silicon is supported. Supporting Intel Macs means building the LLM runner from source for an Intel specific release target.

I have a 2019 Intel MBP, and would love to use Chatd, but cannot at the moment because it is only built for Silicon Macs. So this is a +1 for creating an Intel-specific release target with the LLM runner built for Intel Macs.
