[Enhancement] Modifying "Waterfox Home Content" should highlight "New Tabs" dropdown if it's set to "Blank Page"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A while ago I configured the new tab settings to show an "Empty Page". Fast forward a few months later and I'm trying to make some changes to the new tab page but I'm not understanding why nothing is visibly changing.

Describe the solution you'd like Some sort of indicator that the user needs to select a different option for dropdown "New Tabs" in order to see any changes made under "Waterfox Home Content", or perhaps those settings should be disabled entirely if "Blank Page" is the selected option.
