Adding extensions other than Firefox

What happened?

Hi, When I try to install extensions from chrome, it just says "add to chrome." I click it and nothing happens as I try to install it. Also, Opera extensions don't register that I am using Waterfox and it still says I have to install Opera. What should I do? Thank you.

Update: on chrome web store it says the extension is corrupt when I try.
