Error when trying to install chrome extension

What happened?

When trying to install Save Tab Groups for Tab Session Manager I get an error OK (FAILED_ACCESSKEY).

Does that mean the extension is incompatible with Waterfox? All my searches to troubleshoot myself were unsuccessful

Same, I also encountered this problem when I tried to download Shazam: However when I pressed the install button, nothing happens.
