What happened?

G.6.0.4

HELP \ ABOUT displays the option to CHECK FOR UPDATES even when Updates are set to Never check for Updates.

In G5.1.13 the option to Check for Updates would not be displayed if updates were set to Never Check for Updates.

This is critical as for specific users we absolutely cannot have the possibility of something getting broken by an update, so we set to Never Check for Updates and only update manually when we are happy that an update is not breaking something that used to work.
