G6.0.4 - Random reloading of tabs not visited for a while
What happened?
Now this is a difficult one to explain.
I typically will have a minimum of 10 tabs open. What I have noticed on 6.0.4 is that if I switch back to a tab that was open at least 5 minutes before, then that page will reload even if there is no programming code in the page to refresh it periodically. It is completely random in that it does not happen to all the tabs that were open quite a few minutes before, it just happens when you least expect it.

Try checking if browser.tabs.unloadOnLowMemory in about:config is set to TRUE. If it is, set it to FALSE and see if that addresses it.
I had noticed this unloading of tabs appears much more aggressive than it was with G5 (unloading pinned tabs was specifically what I noticed) but my ticket was closed ( Pinned Tabs will Unload on Low Memory #3206 )
