Optionally move window buttons to address bar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I moved tab bar under address bar, and i have always moved my cursor to right upper corner to close Waterfox, but now it opens menu and i need to aim that close button to actually close browser

I assume that's a bug and will be fixed at some point in time.

Seems like a reasonable ask. I will look into implementing this when we move to ESR102 as a base around September time.
