Ability to change New Tab Icon and Title (currently Waterfox)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's not that I hate Waterfox, but it will allow me to customize my browser more, to make it look better.

Describe the solution you'd like By pressing the gear icon on the top right of the New Tab screen, there would be an option to edit the title and the icon of the New Tab screen, to anything we want, we can paste an image URL, upload an image or just type in text with any font we want.

Describe alternatives you've considered Maybe just right clicking Waterfox and given the option to "edit appearance" which I do not agree with.
