Allow Custom Bookmarks, similar to Home Screen Shortcuts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I like to give my computer a cleaner look, and the bookmarks don't always have a aesthetic favicon. Describe the solution you'd like By simply right clicking on the bookmark, and pressing edit bookmark, I would like an option to upload a favicon or paste a image url.

Describe alternatives you've considered I can't think of a simpler more alternative way of this feature.

Additional context Similar to the New Tab shortcuts, you can paste in a image url for a custom shortcut.
