Import & Backup of Bookmarks no longer working - G4.0.8 onwards

What happened?

Hello,

I switched from Firefox to Waterfox recently again. While at least the import of bookmarks was working well on G4.0.8, exporting the Bookmarks to HTML or generating the bookmark backup file does not work anymore.

Despite the dialogue box opening asking where to save the backup file or HTML file, No file is generated or saved.

This issue persists as of G4.1.1. And it's not reproducible on Firefox.
